This event is also part of the inaugural #WomenInTechWeek, a five-day series of in-person events and virtual events dedicated to supporting and empowering women in the technology industry.
All genders are encouraged to attend this event.
Women looking to work or progress in the cyber and tech industries are invited to a free advice evening at the University of Central Lancashire this October.
The second Women in Cyber event has been organised by North West Cyber Security Cluster in collaboration with the University's Women in Cyber Security Student Chapter.
It aims to creative a supportive environment where attendees can share experiences, gain insights, and build connections in the cyber and tech sectors.
It will bring in experts who can provide practical advice, real-life experiences and strategies to help women break into or transition within the industry.
