SPARK is a speed pitching session where employers get to meet potential apprentices one-to-one.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to raise your profile and speak with potential candidates face-to-face, rather than through an application form or CV.

You'll be able to determine whether a candidate is a good fit for your company's culture and goals, thereby significantly shortening the screening process. You'll also able to judge the pitches and award your opportunity to the candidates who impress the most.

How to take part

Join University of Central Lancashire on Thursday 27 March 2025, where the SPARK - Apprenticeship Marketplace event will be taking place at the Preston Campus.
